Which shipping company do you use?
Canada Post, Purolator and UPS are currently servicing the majority of our
on-line shipments.
How do I receive the shipment?
The shipment will arrive at whatever address you indicated when you made your
purchase. In the event the package(s) cannot be delivered (ie: nobody home) the
package(s) will be available for pickup at your local Canada Post, Purolator or
UPS outlet - a notice will be left at your location regarding such.
How long before I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays. Please
allow anywhere between 2-10 business days ( within Canada ) depending on your
geographical location.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge. Order under $150 will be charged
$9. Their are no hidden fees.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We can ship to either a street address, or a P.O. box.
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation E-mail indicating that it has been received, or
if there was a problem with the credit card information you entered. If you do
not receive an email there is likely a problem with the email address
information you supplied.
If I return the items through the mail, who pays the
shipping?
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to Gnarly Parts and
Accessories, unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns sent "collect" without our
prior consent will not be signed for.
Is my credit card number secure?
Your credit card number and other personal data is treated with the highest
standards of safety, security, and confidentiality. Orders placed on our site
are encrypted using SSL technology. With SSL implemented on both the client and
server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and
unaltered to our server. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not
considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.
What is your return policy?
We are so sure you will be pleased with Gnarly Parts and Accessories that if you
are unhappy with your order for any reason, we'll gladly accept your return (in
new condition, with the original packaging, a copy of your invoice and a "return
authorization #" (RA#)) within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange the item(s)
or give you a full credit or refund less shipping charges. Please call or email
us to get a RA# before returning item(s). Use the original carton, pack the
merchandise securely, and enclose the invoice with the RA# and ship insured
prepaid. No COD returns will be accepted without authorization. For items with a
manufacturer warranty, please follow their instructions.
Can I cancel or change an order I've already placed?
Since we strive for fast, efficient service, most orders are shipped within 24
hours. So it may already be too late to cancel or change. The moment you decide
to cancel or change an order, contact a customer service representative toll

How do I know you have received my return?
Returns are processed weekly. Once we have received and processed the returns,
you will be contacted to let you know the return has been completed.
When I return a product, do I get refunded in full?
You will be refunded for the entire purchase price of the product. Shipping
charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
I placed my order, but I'm not getting any confirmation
emails. Why not?
Sometimes a service such as Microsoft Hotmail offers a junkmail filter, which
can keep our emails from reaching you. Please check your junkmail folder.
Alternately, perhaps your mailbox is full and not accepting emails, or maybe you
misentered it during the checkout process. There are many variables which may
result in our emails not reaching you. If you are in doubt, please call our
